Overview
A one-week, hands-on implant placement programme in Egypt for dentists who have already completed implant training and want more surgical experience and confidence.
Working alongside an expert faculty of implant mentors, you will place 15 implants in straightforward cases on live patients.
The week is open to dentists who trained with Tipton Training or with another provider, and to dentists who are not yet GDC registered and so cannot place implants on patients in the UK.
How the week works
Your week in Egypt is spent in clinic, placing 15 implants on live patients with our faculty alongside you at every stage, from assessment and planning through to placement and suturing.
Your flights and accommodation are included, so you can focus entirely on your clinical work.
Clinical focus and outcomes
You will put patient assessment, CBCT-based planning, surgical set-up, flap design, drilling protocols, implant placement and suturing into practice, case after case.
By the end of the week you will have 15 more placements behind you, and the confidence to plan and place routine implant cases more predictably.

You have completed implant training but are not yet GDC-registered, so you cannot place implants on patients in the UK.
You trained with another provider
You have completed a similar postgraduate implant course elsewhere, not just Tipton Training delegates. Proof of qualification is required.

The placement weeks are for dentists who have already completed implant training.
