Dr Saima Khan
Dr Saima Khan is a Principal Dentist with extensive experience in restorative, aesthetic and prosthodontic dentistry, with a particular interest in minimally invasive smile transformations.
As a Tipton Training Tutor, she is actively involved in postgraduate dental education, supporting clinicians in developing their skills in restorative dentistry, treatment planning and comprehensive case management. She is passionate about helping dentists build confidence in delivering high-quality, predictable outcomes in everyday practice.
Dr Khan has a strong clinical focus on Invisalign-led smile design, combining align, bleach and bond techniques, alongside advanced restorative and Implant prosthodontic treatments, fascial aesthetics and full-mouth rehabilitation and management of tooth wear.
She also has significant experience in IV sedation and the management of anxious patients, bringing a calm, patient-centred approach to both her clinical and teaching roles. Her teaching style is practical and clinically focused, with an emphasis on translating theory into predictable, real-world outcomes.
Outside of dentistry, Dr Khan is a busy mother of four and values the importance of balance, resilience and strong communication—qualities that naturally extend into her clinical and teaching practice. She enjoys travelling, exploring new cultures, and has a passion for cooking, particularly Bollywood-inspired cuisine. Known among her peers as a good listener, she brings empathy, approachability and genuine connection to both her patients and the clinicians she mentors.
