With over 16 years of clinical experience, Aled Clement is a highly skilled and dedicated dentist committed to delivering exceptional standards of patient care. He graduated with honours from Cardiff University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS Wales) and has continually built on this strong academic foundation through ongoing postgraduate education.
Aled has successfully completed all four Tipton Training certificate programmes—Restorative, Operative, Aesthetic, and Implant Dentistry—demonstrating a clear commitment to advancing his expertise across multiple disciplines. His clinical excellence has been recognised with the award of Best Dentist on both the Operative and Implant programmes, reflecting his precision, attention to detail, and consistently high standards.
His particular clinical interests lie in crown and bridge work and occlusion, where he combines technical expertise with a strong focus on achieving predictable, long-term outcomes for his patients. As a fluent Welsh speaker, Aled is also able to communicate effectively with a broad and diverse patient base.
In 2015, Aled became Principal Dentist at Llandeilo Road Dental Surgery in Cross Hands, where he has played a key role in developing the practice into a thriving private clinic, recognised for its high-quality care and patient-centred approach.
Outside of dentistry, Aled lives in South West Wales with his wife and three daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys beekeeping, valuing the hands-on and rewarding nature of the craft.
