Overview
The Live Patient Course in Ceramic Veneers & Smile Design is a structured, supervised programme designed to support clinicians in delivering predictable veneer cases within a real clinical environment.
The course follows the full patient journey — from initial consultation and case assessment through to preparation, provisionalisation, and final fit. Each stage is delivered under expert guidance, allowing delegates to develop a clear, reproducible approach to planning and completing veneer treatments.
A key feature of the programme is the opportunity to treat your own patient within a closely supervised setting. This ensures that all learning is directly transferable to clinical practice, with a strong emphasis on decision-making, case management, and predictable execution.
Throughout the course, delegates will refine their approach to case selection, treatment planning, and execution of ceramic veneer cases, with a focus on delivering outcomes that are both aesthetic and functionally stable.
By combining structured clinical teaching with live patient experience, the programme provides a defined pathway for clinicians looking to develop confidence and consistency in aesthetic restorative dentistry.
Clinical focus and outcomes
This programme develops a structured, predictable approach to ceramic veneer dentistry, combining clinical decision-making with supervised live patient experience.
Delegates will refine key areas including:
Diagnostic accuracy
Occlusal awareness
Material selection and handling
Patient communication
Ethical treatment planning
Digital workflow integration
These principles are embedded within a clear clinical pathway, supporting delegates to not only deliver veneer treatments, but to plan, justify, and manage cases with confidence from assessment through to completion.
On completion, clinicians should expect improved consistency in clinical execution, greater confidence in managing aesthetic cases, and a more structured, reliable approach to delivering predictable veneer dentistry in everyday practice.
Structure and learning experience
This is a structured 6-day programme delivered over approximately 10 months, allowing time between clinical sessions for case development, planning, and reflection.
Learning is centred around live patient treatment, supported by guided clinical teaching, case discussion, and close mentorship at each stage of the veneer workflow. Delegates are actively involved throughout the full process — from assessment and planning through to preparation, provisionalisation, and final fit.
The format is designed to reinforce structured decision-making and consistent clinical execution, with continuous feedback to support progression and confidence in managing aesthetic cases.
Greater control over aesthetic and functional predictability
Improved patient communication and case acceptance
Stronger integration of ethical principles in aesthetic dentistry
Practical framework for applying veneer workflows in practice
