Twelve Practical/ Lecture Dental days commencing February 2010 leading to a Masters Certificate in Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry.
The course runs over six two day weekends from February to October 2010. Usually there are lectures in the morning followed by a practical session in the afternoon which enables you to put into practice what you have learned in the morning.
The course has been carefully designed to cover the most important and valuable areas of Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry. This will enable you to increase your income and confidence as well as giving your patients increased satisfaction.
Day 1. Feb 20. Allceram- pfm lecture. Practical Allceram- Zirconia-alumina- empress -pfm.
Day 2. Feb 21. Veneers lecture. Practical in conventional - slice with or without guiadance in veneers.
Day 3. April 10. Occlusion 1 seminar. Practical in Impressions, Facebow and jaw registration.
Day 4. April 11. Occlusion 2 lecture/occlusion exam. Practical in Articulators and Lateral check bites.
Day 5. May 29. Occlusion 3 tmj and splints lecture. Practical - fit and adjust splints.
Day 6 May 30. Bleaching, Implants and Aesthetic Perio. and Aesthetic lecture. Practical in partial and pre molar veneers- impression -temps practical.
Day 7 July 10. Composites lecture. Practical in posterior and anterior composites.
Day 8. July 11. Smile design lecture. Practical in veneers composite and veneers cementation.
Day 9. Aug 28. Traeatment planning lecture, aesthetic posts lecture. Practical in posts.
Day 10. Aug 29. Bridges lecture. Practical in bridges.
Day 11. Oct 23. Lab communication. Onlays and Inlays lecture. Practical in Onlays/Inlays.
Day 12. Oct 24. Implants - Prosthetic in Implants lecture. Practical in Implants and Impression in Implants.
