1. Tipton Training Courses:
Tipton Training Courses for Dentists have been successfully running for over 21 years and almost 2500 dentists have benefitted from them.
In addition to the benefits delivered to the individual dentist through our courses, as part of Corporate Education Programme, corporate clients enjoy additional benefits:
· Tipton Training creates and maintains a Course Log for the organisation of which dentist has attended which course and of any days missed. Corporate clients will build up a valuable history of the training which has been undertaken by their dentists.
· The course log would provide details of monies invested in individual dentists and would enable the organisation to settle up any balance between it and the dentist in the event that a dentist leaves the organisation before an agreed period has transpired.
· Through analysis of the course log, the corporation will be able to measure the relative performances of dentists and monitor the success of their investment in training.

2. Special Assessment Report:
We offer our corporate clients a Special Assessment Report for each of their dentists attending our course.
· This report is updated on an ongoing basis by our lecturers who evaluate the dentist’s performance on each course day. The final assessment presents insights about the performance on the course, skill level and areas of improvement of the dentist.
· The report provides valuable information to the individual and the organisation. It helps provide credible resource & capability management for the organisation and ensures that the investment the organisation is making in the individual is being taken seriously.
· The Special Assessment Report is offered at price of £1,500 per dentist per course (excluding VAT).
3. Tipton Training Dental Academy (TTDA)

Access to the Academy enables dentists to participate in sessions involving case studies and hot topics. This will enable dentists to develop a better understanding of the approach they can take while treating patients. The Tipton Training Dental Academy provides an effective communication channel which can be accessed on demand and in time outside the normal working day, leaving your key assets free to treat patients and drive practice revenues.
4. Group Mentoring Programme:
When a corporate client has a minimum of four people on the same course, Tipton Training will provide a Group Mentoring Programme. We will use the advanced TTDA communication channels to share information and video cast group specific question and answer sessions. We will conduct an one to two-hour evening session each quarter during the conduct of the course, where the dentists can ask questions on clinical matters and receive direct advice from Dr. Tipton and members of The Tipton Faculty.
The Group Mentoring Programme will provide the following benefits:
· By working in groups, the Group Mentoring Programme offers dentists the opportunity to discuss their cases, learn from their colleagues’ questions and cases and improve their clinical teamwork tackling treatments in a common fashion.
· The Group Mentoring Programme is offered at just £1,000 per dentist per year (excluding VAT).
