New Dental Technicians Course - starting Spring 2011

Tipton Training has developed a unique new course specifically for Dental Technicians and Dentists.  The course aims to expose Dental Technicians to best and emerging practice and, in so doing, increase the technical knowledge and skills of the Dental Technician.
By ensuring that Dental Technicians understand the latest practices and the methods employed in the Dentist's surgery, the course helps build a better partnership and understanding between the Technician and the Dentist for the benefit of the practice and the patient.
Attending the course with or, without, their Technician, will also benefit those Dentists who want to develop a closer working relationship with Technicians. Increasing understanding of the restraints within which the Technician works will improve the Dentist’s knowledge by exposing them to critical steps in the fabrication of restorations. Working more closely with the Technician will allow better dentist / technician communication and improve your dental skills.
The course will be run by Dr Tipton, his team of dentists and a highly skilled technician who has worked with Dr Tipton for the last 15 years and will enable the delegates to examine the interface between dentists and patients.
Why Should Dental Technicians Attend?
Many Dental Technicians who have worked and trained with Dr Tipton have been able to increase their businesses tremendously. Over two thousand dentists have been through Tipton Training courses. Being Tipton Trained will enable you to work more effectively with these dentists to grow your business and improve the quality of your work.
Why Should Dentists Send Their Technicians On The Course?
If you have been on one of our courses, you will understand how important and profitable teaming with a technician who understands the latest methods and approaches can be to your practice. Sending your Dental Technician to be Tipton Trained reduces the training burden on you, freeing up your time to treat patients. A shared understanding of best practices with a Tipton Trained Technician can lead to fewer remakes, better quality results, improved patient satisfaction and increased earnings.
Why Should Dentists And Their Technicians Attend Together?
The quality of the service ultimately provided to the patient starts with an effective treatment plan executed, at all stages, by a skilled dental team. If you aspire to improve the standards and the overall quality of clinical results, effective communications and, a shared understanding of methods and mutual constraints, is vital. By optimising the interface between laboratory and surgery, the course will improve the results and earning potential of your practices.
